Hi folks,

I recently ordered a 2013 3.0 S-Line. I've seen a few pics online of the S-Line with some nice creases in the roof spoiler (see attached pic) that it give it a bit more flair, and also some pics of a 2013 with a new chrome side strip (also attached). But then looking at OmegaQ5's recently delivered S-Line, it doesn't appear from the pics that either of those changes are on the car. Anyone have any more insight into this?

The Euro SQ5 has that same rear window spoiler. (Prototype?)

It seems that the S-Line trim does not include the side chrome strip. Paging through the brochure, all the S-Line and Prestige (includes S-Line bummers) photos do not have chrome. The premium plus shots do.

If you are referring to the red one posted yesterday, notice it is also a 2.0T so it's either Canadian or from somewhere else. You can't get the 2.0T with SLine in the U.S.

I'm glad the photos came out though, I was going to order a 2.0T but I hate that chrome, I could vinyl wrap it but I think I'll just take off some options and get the 3.0T instead.

Thanks for the replies. Don't care about the chrome strip, but it would be nice to have the new rear roof spoiler!

In Canada, non-S-Line 2.0T have the chrome side strip.

You are right, it's canadian (US don't get Volcano Red, according to audiusa.com).

Just got back from my dealer. They have 10+ '13 Q5 2.0Ts in stock and every one of them, with the exception of the 2 x S-Line units, had the chrome strip.

Wow that's something new in Europe I have not seen this model with chrome strip.
I was driving 4 different test models and none of them had a chrome strip.
