2014 Q5 trunk height?

2014 Q5 trunk height?
Our Q5 trunk height opens only about 75% of the way which is way to low… I was trying to make it higher and tried to hold the trunk button down at the height I wanted for a few seconds until the luggage blink but doesn’t remember the new height…
