Default 2016 Q5 P+ (bought used)

Hi!! New here with used Q5 2016

i have tried to join the proper forum for my car, but the page says there can’t be new posts.. 😡

since my car is used, it doesn’t have the SIM card and want to know if I can get one somewhere.
either through my cell carrier, or wherever.
in order for AT&T to help, they need the IMEI #. Can’t find it ANYWHERE. I’ve seen a post here in the forums but the instructions didn’t work for me.

Hello,
You're on the right forum.
The IMEI number is in the telephone menu. Tel>Settings>Data Connection>Online Status Overview, down at the bottom of the screen. If you do a search on this forum for SIM cards, you will find information on possible alternatives to AT&T.

thank you! I will check this out. I had checked last week under this make of Audi. And there weren’t any messages but then I checked yesterday and there were. 🤣
