I'm going to be making an appointment to bring my 2011 3.2L in for annual service soon. It'll be my first service visit and I have Audi Care. I've checked the VIN on the Owners site Recall & Campaign Search but it didn't turn up anything.

Just to be prepared for talking with the SA and making the service appointment, does anyone know of open recalls or campaigns on the 2011 3.2L with a build date of October 2010?

From your experience, is there anything else I should be prepared for with a first annual service?

I went into the dealership last week to get a tire replaced on my '11 Q5 (took delivery in sept 10th 2010).
The Advisor mentioned of 2 updates that they would like to perform while I had my ride in the shop. I think others mentioned it on here already but it was campaign 24U6 ( ECM Software update) and Campaign 91G1 ( 3G MMI software update).

-24U6 was to update the software for faulty error codes. Also for updating SW for emissions

-91G1 was to correct the 3G MMI lagging and freezing issues. I believe some people saw screens not properly fitted or adjusted so this will fix that as well. Also, not sure if others dealt with this but hate the fact when a song is being played via radio, the artist or song name never changes. Advisor said this update should fix that problem as well. So far it hasn't.
