I recently placed order for floor mats, but have neither received any order confirmation email nor any tracking information for parts that are already in stock. I tried calling their customer service department but I had no luck reaching a representative. I am wondering if anyone else purchased stuff from the same website recently? Thanks!

I see that they are located in New Jersey. We just had a terribly destructive snow storm here in the northeast. Over 1.5 million people have no power. I'd give them some time. Their servers and phone are possibly down.

Yes, I just ordered a pair of exhaust tips from them. It was paid on Tuesday and received on Saturday. I am also in NJ so I guess it arrived much quicker. However, that is true they don't provide any tracking number or email notification. Don't worry, the are legit and you will receive it soon.

I have 2.0. They are not available on their site but if you can call them up to order one. They are $98 where my dealer sells for $131.
