Anyone with a Palm phone having trouble

keeping the BT connection with the MMI? Not me but a guy here in the office.

Have him delete his connection and then reestablish it.
But could be his phone settings too.

He's done that a couple of times and stays ok for a little time then goes away. I have a hunch it's the phone as my wifes BB and her Q5 never loses the connection.
