Default Audi Care Coverage Determination

I hope this isn't a stupid question but I bought my 2010 Q5 in December from a TX dealer (I'm in GA). Is there a way to tell if the vehicle is covered by Audi Care or do I need to take it to the dealer to find out?

Thanks

Do you have it listed in your itemized lease agreement or bill of sales?

I purchased the vehicle from a non-Audi dealer. It wasn't listed in the Bill of Sale.

Call AoA or an Audi dealer with your VIN# handy. They will know that and all dealer service history and if all updates have been performed. I have always found them both happy to help.

Do you know if the original owner purchased Audi Care? It appears to be transferable, but it would need to have been transferred from the original owner to you. If you bought it from a non-Audi dealer, and the original owner did not transfer it to them, and tgen them to you, you might be out of luck.

"The Audi Care New Vehicle Plan is available for purchased or leased 2007 model year or newer Audi vehicles and 2007 model year or newer Certified pre-owned Audi vehicles that have been purchased or leased at an authorized Audi Dealer."

"Coverage stays with the vehicle for the life of the plan."

But, as others have said, call Audi of America and find out. You may also need to be able to track down Audi service records, as I think coverage lapses if the regular service intervals are not met.
