I went through three sales guys yesterday that had no idea what to do or what I was talking about. Finally I asked to speak to the manager and he took care of it, but he had not heard of this offer either. What a mess and glad to know that I am not the only person that had to go through this.

I'm now 4 days past my six month trial period (verified on the audi website) and my audi connect is still working (google earth maps, online destinations, etc.). I was procrastinating and mulling over the $450 for 30 months and realized it never shut off.
I like audi connect, but am struggling with $15 per month and 3G.
But at this point I'll wait until it actually expires.

By the way, has anyone successfully downloaded the app? I had never heard of it til I saw it on another thread.

I've been unable to locate the app on the app store on my iPhone.

It's not available to iTunes accounts in the U.S., only UK/ROW. I read someone was able to download it by creating a new iTunes account using the UK or other country that supports it.
