It always annoys me when cars are not accessible to the public at auto shows. I can understand for super cars, concepts or very expensive cars ... but Porsche's entire section was off limit for guests at the Toronto Autoshow.
Most Porsches are not that expensive compared to Audis. Even the $100k Corvette ZR1 (if I recall properly) was accessible to all and was unlocked ... yet the $50k Cayenne was off limit!

Dear President of Audi USA:
The nav data on my 2012 Q5 is over 7 years old. How about fixing that?
Regards,
Pissed off Audi owner
I wonder if he'll have a truck bring the update by my house.

I totally agree....and I'd argue for better customer service in the dealer network. Audi has terrific cars but the weak link is the dealer network and the customer service we get there. If Audi wants to make good on its goal to sell a lot more cars in the US, then start at home and improve the buying and servicing experience.

I have 2012 also and out of date too. So President of Audi USA and to President of Audi Canada, make my day also, update my Nav.
This forum Q5 dicussion is sponsered by Audi, i hope at least they take time to review our comments.

Overall love our Q with 2.0T but would also vote for an update to the Nav as well as a fix for the whining noise, apparently coming from the power steering pump. After complaining to the dealer and getting the "they all do that" response I called Audi Canada to complain and they admitted to a number of complaints regarding the noise ('12 2.0T only) and also that they are working to address the issue. We'll see.
