Thanks for posting this, Mark!

Looks like they did change a few things on me... hopefully, I can still make the change to my order specs (not the SQ5 because that's already sailing the Atlantic)

You're welcome. My salesman finally sent it today. Hadn't gotten yet to reply to your other post pointing here but looks like you found it

MMI package on the SQ5 is $150 less then we wrote the order up for, as we assumed the 3.0T Q5 price would hold. Not a big deal, but I'll take it!

Dealer should adjust for that. They would adjust for a price increase as well. There are cases where Audi cannot manufacturer a model with the original trim or option. That would be adjusted as well.

Good luck with your purchase.

Anyone have an updated guide that matches the 2014 brochure that shows the "Audi Exclusive line bicolor Fine Nappa leather seating" options?

Audi Exclusive has its own guide; those options don't show up in the normal order guide. You'll need to get your hands on the most-recent 2014 Audi Exclusive guide (most likely from your dealer). Seems odd that they'd add in Exclusive seats after killing off the paint options, but who knows.

Default I thought Audi Exclusive was dead on U.S. 2014's

for the Q5. For the higher end stuff like A8's, S7's, etc. I know it's there, but I thought it went away on Q5's. Current Audi USA web site says:
Audi exclusive

Audi exclusive offers you an extensive range of premium options to style your car precisely how you want it. Your ultimate Audi vehicle is custom-assembled with world-class materials and precision workmanship.

Available for the following models: TTS, RS 5, S6, S7, RS 7, A8, S8, R8
