Hello,

Has anyone who purchased the Audi Pure Protection extended warranty had any claims experience positive or negative that they can share.

The extended warranty is sold by Audi Dealers, but administered by Fidelity Warranty Services.

I have seen several threads on pricing and different levels of coverage.

What I would like to know is if anyone has had a positive or negative experience getting their issues fixed using this product after the factory warranty expires.

You dont have to buy it just from the dealer. I bought mine from Troy at fd-warranty.com. Same warranty... lower cost. I havent had to use mine yet... Still under factory warranty and no problems.

I did use on my 2010 Q5 3.2 at 87k miles. They covered a $1,500 claim. Dealer did all the paperwork, no complaints since they covered the claim though.
