Good day, I have an Audi Q5 2.0T 2012. Had the gearbox redone (mechatronics?). It costed a fortune. The vehicle was standing for 3 months (Dec 2018 - February 2019) waiting for parts. Before the repair, the rear hatch was working properly. When I fetched my vehicle after the repair, the rear hatch would not open properly. It would unlock and open a bit, sometimes even just close again. I slowly lifted the hatch to open all the way and it would stay open. When pressing the button to close it, it closes as per normal. Any idea what the problem could be, all of a sudden? (Tried the height adjustment setting by holding in the hatch button but to no avail). Private Harry
