If you have had a chance to drive the Q5 please leave your feedback and personal impressions.

Audi Q5 - Initial Impressions

On Lexus forum there is a comparison discussion with the new RX350.
I have not driven neither, but I set in both. Have to say that the Lexus has very very good interior, dash and electronics. It is just a really pleasant place to be.
Where the Q5 shines literally is the panoramic roof. Brilliant.

I think Lexus interiors are the best in the industry, by a large margin. The instrument cluster on any lexus is traditionally just a joy to look at. But it is imho. Only the Mercedes with the new S-class and CL caught up with it.
What I liked about the electronics is an excellent HUD, large NAV screen with very good graphics. Everything is fast, real-time, no latency. The new i-drive-like system is not as good and convenient as normal buttons and touch-screen, but it is usable nevertheless. Very interesting tactile feel of the controls. It actually works.
Overall, the electronics package impresses. Everything feels like it is a solid and strong integrated system.

who wanted the look Lexus was doing with their dash gauges.
New RX does not look that great till one is sitting in the car. The center console and the gear shift lever look weird.
Epiplatys is right about the electronics being better than Audi and all the other European marks.
I have not had a chance to compare the new MMI of Audi with the non touch screen of the RX.
I think that Lexus stepped back and Audi stepped up but Lexus is still probably more intuitive and more informative - That said - I would probably get the Q5 for other reasons.
