One nice point on the Q7 that sold us was the latch system in the 3rd row. I don't see us ever putting an infant back there, but now that our first is old enough to get into her seat and buckle in on her own I could see her and her older cousin in the 3rd row for sure.[/QUOTE]
I have seen lots of 3rd row seats and as for me, unless it were for a real quick trip, I would never consider using them...they'd just be way too close to the tail of the car in case of a rear end accident.

I agree, it all depends on how utilitarian you are. Some parents with just one kid will bring more stuff with them in the car than some parents with 3 kids. I always like to travel light, but there are some parent who like to travel with the entire content of the baby's room with them ![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

When I travel with all 3 we take the Oddy, need to keep a 2 foot buffer around all kids
