Default Break-in period?

I'll be picking up my S-Line tomorrow morning and was wondering about the break-in period. Is everyone keeping it under 60mph for ? number of miles?

The book said 800 miles, keep it under 2/3 of max speed and rpm. No hard braking for 200 miles unless you have to.

just avoid too low revs(< 2000 RPM) or too high revs (>3500 RPM)
for the first 1500 miles, and, if running for a while at a steady speed, lift now and then your foot off the throttle

allowing revs build more/peak higher as Miles grow and 2nd Guyguyke's
throttle suggestion.
Enjoy.
