Default Burning Smell

Hi all, I picked up my new 13 q5 2.0T a few months ago. Everything was fine until a couple of days ago I started to smell like something burning when I switched on the heat. I also noticed that the smell also came from the engine area. I opened the hood and checked if there were any leaks, but couldn't find any. The car only has 1.5k so relatively new. Does anyone have the same problems? Any insights into this problems? Thanks.

Was this a one time occurrence or each time you turn the heat on? Also, can you replicate it? It sounds like a trip to the dealership might be in order if it keeps doing it.

Yeah, it's each time I turn the heat on since I noticed the problem a couple of days ago. I guess it that persists for a few more days I'll take it back to the dealer to have a check. Thanks for the comment.
