Did you see my numbers with Premium Plus w/Nav?
We are in the same price range plus/minus a couple bucks and I got a lot more options.
You're residual also seems low at 48%. I got a 50% residual on 36 months on a more equipped vehicle. I would price it on a 36 month lease over a 39 month lease. that extra 2% does have real world costs and the 36 month leases are better programs..
Also find out what money factor they are giving you. I got .00022 (or .53%). The dealerships don't always give you the buy rate, they mark it up... Don't let them.. Fight it down.
Also, why $850 over invoice? I paid $500 over invoice (though invoice price is somewhat unclear..)
I think you should keep negotiating.

I am in the very early stages actually, my current lease is not up until July, (but I usually get out a few months in advance)
I really want Cinnamon, but that means waiting till September for a 2010...
and I am also considering an A4, figure I will be able to get a real good deal on an '09 by the summer
