I am trying to send an address from Google Maps to my Q5 via Audi Connect.

I set up my Audi Connect ID in Google per the instructions. However when I try to send an address i get the following message:

"We couldn’t communicate with your automaker. Please contact them for assistance."

Anyone else seen this? If so, do you know why this is happening?

You don't set up your Audi Connect ID in Google. You have to setup the ID from the following screen in Google. You can also change the ID here to whatever you want it to be as long as nobody else is using that ID already. The account ID you enter here, needs to match the Account ID you enter in the Send To Car configuration on Google Maps.
