I can't delete existing bluetooth devices from my 2016 SQ5 MMI. I go through the steps in the TELEPHONE menu, select DELETE ALL DEVICES but after I do so all the devices are still present. I tried rebooting the MMI but this didn't work either.

Has anybody experienced this or know how to rectify the problem? I'm trying to avoid RETURN TO FACTORY SETTINGS as I think this will cause headaches re: Sirius subscription, NAV preferences, RADIO favorites, etc.
