Picked up my new 2015 SQ5 in Sepang Blue today. It has Chrome Door Handle Accents which I've never seen before. I traded in a 2014 SQ5 Lava Gray Pearl which did not. Does it have chrome handles because it's a 2015 or because it's a Prestige model?

Hgb deletes the chrome from the door handles on the 2015s.

Yeah, I guess Premium Plus models and up have it on the door handles and on the lift gate.

I have the base 2015 2.0 and it has the chrome accents.

I guess until Audi can finally get the next gen Q5 on the market (7 model years and counting) they'll add/tweak trim pieces to keep things a little fresher.

I can't speak to the quality or fit, but HAVE seen chrome door handle covers on eBay or Amazon. Supposedly they just pop on over the door handles and don't interfere with anything. Not expensive, whatever they were.
