The new X3's headlight has that blank stare look to it, it really looks out of place.

Funny, on Russian BMW forum I read someone describe difference between 1 & 3 in headlights department.
The poster say some thing like this : 3 series head light looks like some animal (fox) looked at you.
The 1 series looks like some one pup in the bushes and get cut.

By 3.0T, do you mean Audi's 3.0T coming in the Q5? Where did you hear this?

Here is a pic of the X1's headlights, both the X1 and X3's headlights look very similar and they don’t look like a fox or a puppy, those Russians who see this must have a good imagination. To me, they both look like cartoon characters with a blank stare. Not the most attractive headlight design BMW have came up with. Let’s face it, Audi have corner the market on headlight designs.

Nothing official at this point, but it’s just a matter time.

Saw another Q5 with the front LED panel out. They sure look cool, but I like having lights that work. I've read several others with LEDs that have gone out.

Cool import. Man, these cars are really almost identical in size. I bet if you mapped the new RX350 to it, you'll find it is within an inch as well

The RX350 is actually almost 5" longer and 300 pounds heavier.
