Default Control Arms / Oil Filter housing

There was a squeaky noise and some steering wheel noise and looks like the control arm bushings are worn. Is this a most fix item or something that can wait, I have to replace both front top and one bottom control arms because of the bushings.

Also, there seems to be a slow oil leak from the bottom of the oil housing, this is dripping down on both sides in the back. The leak is not dripping on the floor, it's caught by the differential and cross bars. I noticed I lost about a quarter of a quart.

How much do you think these items will cost to replace and should I do all at once?

Thank you.
