i had the same squeak took it the to dealership and they found that one of the rear seat brackets wasn't sitting right...they have fixed and so far after 7000 to 9000 miles no squeaking

I just wanted to bump this up again for those of you who may still be going crazy with the squeaky noises. I had this problem about at 10k mile mark and the dealer replaced the rear bump stops (bilateral). It worked and the problem has now just reoccurred 20k miles. Going to call the dealer, but if you're still searching for why your Q5 is squeaking may want to have the dealer look at the bump stops.
