Dealer dinged up my Q5

Dealer dinged up my Q5
I had my 09 Q5 in for a 45000 service and about 30 min in the service manager comes out and says" we had an issue". I asked what it was and he walks me back and told me an air hose blew its fitting off and dinged up the vehicle.
Ummmmm..... you could say that, as damage was easily in the 1000's. It damaged my passenger rear and front doors, roof, windshield, hood and right fender. Now I am without for two weeks! I have the worst luck at dealers.

It was one in the DFW area. The dealer is great. Accidents happen and it was beyond their control. It will all get repaired and I am happy about the windshield cause I had a ding in mine anyway. They gave me a brand new A4 for two weeks. Although it pretty, it's not my Q5.

At least he owned up to it and didn't say it was like that when you brought it in 
I sometimes make the svc writer go with me to take pics BEFORE leaving it ever since a previous bad encounter like that...

Man that's tough! At least you have a good attitude about it. I realize it's just a car, and although I've gotten better at accepting life's little surprises like this, I still don't think I would take it as well as you. Good for you.
