- Some Walmarts will have M1 0W40
- NAPA may have Valvoline 5W40, if not, they can order it in
- Autozone sometimes has M1 0W40 and Castrol 5W40 or 0W30
- Pepboi should have M1 0W40
- You can order all sorts of stuff on-line, of course. AZ Autohaus will have at least one product meeting 502.00 and has free shipping (when over $50)

I really like Autozone and their 0W30 Castrol (European Formula). This oil is known to be closer to 0w40 based on tests and has quite a loyal following. Regardless, they often have 5 qts oil plus a filter for $30. Of course you have to use the filter on another car as I have not found the new Audi filter for the 2.0 engine locally other than the dealer. So I put the "free" $13 K&N oil filter on my teenagers 16 year old Accord (which runs like new by the way after 48 oil changes)

FWIW, according to Mobil's website, the only Mobil 1 oil that meets VW502 spec in N.America is the 0W-40. This is what THEY say...not my words. If you know differently, please share.
