Bulldog, you are correct, that M1 0W30 does not meet the required spec.
I saw 5 qt containers of the M1 0W40 at Pepboi a couple weeks ago. IIRC, it was $40. W*mart is still the least expensive in my area at $6.47/qt.
I needed a qt yesterday and found it at AAP for $9
Didn't have time to fool around with W*mart.
