Alright, I just got back from my dealer. They replaced a lighting controller and the DRLs work fine now. It only took about an hour, so I'm pleased about that. The service manager said this is an issue that Audi is aware of, and that it is a "redesigned part" that was put in. No more specifics than that.

Still waiting for my controller to arrive from Germany. Hopefully it'll come in this week sometime. Good to hear that it's a relatively simple replacement procedure.

well mine just went out this morning. Driver side; and of course it had to happen today when everything's closed.

Yep, Christmas Day and my driver's side went out. Dealer closed til Monday. Hopefully Audi has fixed this with the update mentioned earlier.
