Default DRL lighting question

Hello,
I just noticed this evening that the after starting car the tiny yellowish halogen light in between the xenon bulb and turn signal within the front casing was lit? But only on one side

Are these the high beams and why was only one lit up?

Thx
JR

Can you take a picture of the light you are talking about? I believe the high beams are activated by adjusting the internal focus of the HID headlight. There is not a separate light for the high beams.

That just the corner lights. It will light up depends on the side where you are turning. It's a regular halogen bulb.

AFAIK the fog light does *not* normally come on with any cornering light, on the US models, but that is an option that can be changed in the car's computer, if someone has been poking around there. (And the fog light may stay on long enough so that you start to wonder, why is one fog light burned out...the cornering having been done "so" long ago.)

You need to take pictures so that we can help you.

There are no light bulbs where you are pointing in your headlight besides the turn signals.

May be you have a broken internal piece and some sort of a reflection is hitting the turn signal bulbs.
