Default Dynamic route

I have a 2011 Audi Q5 with MMI and navigation system. I bought it from Massachusetts and it used to work fine. I moved to California three months later after I purchased the car and I am in Cali for one year now and I never see it calculating an alternate route. Does anyone know what may be causing it? I checked the navi settings and dynamic routing is on.

It is a Kalifornia thing. There are no alternate routes. Once you are on the 101/405, you are stuck.

Just joking. Sorry, I can not help.

Dynamic route normally works if the system detects heavy traffic, just wondering if your Sirius account still active... I lost my dynamic route when my Sirius expired

True. If the letters TMC on the right side of the screen has a line thru them dynamic routing will not work.

This is true. You've got to have a Sirius traffic subscription in order for Dynamic routing to work.
