Nothing yet.
I ask them to check the Diverter Valve while the car was there as well. That could be the reason that the car was throwing the MAF code as well. If it was leaking boost in a sealed system, the computer wouldnt know what happened to it, and Id have loss of HP.
When I hear more I'll let everyone know.

Well, the verdict is in. My fault.
Don't ever not run a stock air filter.
13 days of running my aFe "DRY" filter, killed the MAF meter.
This threw off all the computer calculations as the ECU couldn't figure out the air intake temps/flow rate.
This apparently also throws off the ECM that runs the parking brake causing malfunctions and codes.
They swapped a spare MAF in and he said it ran like a top. Switched it back, and malfunctions galore.
aFe claimed 50% more airflow over stock. The car was not getting enough air according to Audi. aFe Also claimed codes would not be thrown.
Audi also said the airbox was dirty and had oil in it (even though this was a dry filter). It was clean and dry before I dropped it in.
The moral of the story is, stick with your stock air filter. It took 2 weeks to burn out my MAF sensor. Don't believe aftermarket claims.
Until he gets the parts in, I'm in the A4.
Lesson learned.

Good news
Great that not something worse
I had a similar experience on the A4 with K & N filter, and never again will I buy replacement filter
All read this test

Yeah, I'm glad I'm only out the cost of the filter and cleaning products I purchased for it, and the cost of the labor, new MAF sensor and new Audi Air Filter. It could be worse, although it's still an expensive mistake.
I emailed aFe, not that it will do any good. They shouldn't claim that it won't throw codes or cause any problems, because obviously that isn't the case. I assumed that if I ran a dry filter media it wouldn't be an issue, as most MAF problems came from oiled filters. Also obviously not the case.
You win some and lose some, and it could have been much worse, but I'm sure as heck gonna tell anyone wanting to switch from a stock filter not to do it.
Live and learn, I suppose.
Thanks everyone for the supportive posts. It's good to have a community to turn to when a problem pops up.

Head Audi tech said the DV is good. No other signs of boost leaks.
I sent that vid I made to my APR guy. He's taking a look at it and getting back to me.

Would you mind checking out the APR latest install instructions? All my install was a swap of the "plastic" for carbon fiber. No sensors are anywhere in sight of the install. Should I be worried just the same? I'll have a chat with APR tomorrow.

FWIW....the kit I got is Brand Spanking New, new batch to correct a "factory back-order". Anyway the air filter that I got is well oiled. Perhaps that is the difference. Instructions are clear on oiling and "not too much oil" after each clean and re-oil.
