After 2.5 months of waiting, I decided to pull the plug on a complete rubber mat set.
I'll have to go with the dealer. It ends up being the same in cost.

I have the Q5 OEM All-weather mats and really love them. I think you'll be happier with these than the weathertech version.

I ordered a black WeatherTech mat for the cargo area. It arrived in about a week. Fits perfectly. Works great. Also, a nice value ($).
I put Cocoa Mats in all four foot-wells, black w/terra cotta dots to match the black interior with cinnamon seats. Retro but utilitarian.

Those are pretty cool. Alas, in NE I have to have rubber mats. I got the OEM ones but find the lack of coverage in the back row a bit annoying. Come on. Anyone is snow boots is going to get crap all over the place.
