1. I drive in Boston where roads aren't in their top condition most of the time, and I read that Q5, unless I get Audi Drive Select which is only available in 3.0T prestige, Q5 is quite a bumpy ride. Is this true? How is the suspension compared to other cars such as X3, RDX, or GLK in your opinion?

I live in braintree, the ride is not too bumpy, depending on how much your tires are inflatted. my thoughts is that its smooth.

2. Hybrid has combined horsepower of 245 with 354 torque when both 2.0T and hybrid is working together. What happens when battery runs out? Does it run solely on 2.0T until battery gets charged enough to power the car again? Or does it constantly charge and use the battery as much as possible?

the atlernator will be charging the battery up. this is a standard procedure for hybrid/gas powered engines. this is like any normal car. without the alternator your battery goes dead. Battery does not last long if your flooring the gas. you can knock off half charged if driven like a gas powered car.

3. I read Q5 Diesel is coming out next year, and I know diesel offers incredible mpg compared to gas, and probably more than Q5 hybrid as well with more torque. Should I wait for it?

wait for the TDI version. saves a **** load of gas. ive driven the A3 TDI version. i drove from Norwell to Rte 1 and pumped $5.00 back in the tank since i was reving the crap out of the car lol. Massive torque for TDI less HP thou

4. My last question is, what do you think about hybrid overall?

Hybrid - waste of money, not worth it at all. not many shops are willing to touch it if your in for repair. they will only do oil change nothing else nothing less. remember dead battery will cost you atleast 10k to replace.
