Default Front PDC Sensor Replacement

Anyone know of a good instructional video or at least photos on how to change out your front PDC sensors? Ours are going off on their own with nothing in front of the car, just anytime the car is put in reverse. Indicators on the car diagram on the MMI screen indicate there is an issue with the front sensors. Also, any chance this could be related to another faulty part besides the sensors themselves? I'm wondering, because the car diagram on MMI indicates it's different sensors malfunctioning at different times, not always the same one..

I had this problem occasionally. It seems to occur with some form of debris on the sensor. A toothbrush and rag cleaning of the sensor "circle " may help.

Okay, the "circles" look completely clean, but I'll certainly give it a try. Just realized that problem gets much worse when the temp drops below 20 degrees Fahrenheit if that tells you anything.. As of now, the issue seems to disappear at times for some reason, and then later returns.

A drop of water or crystal of ice in the sensor could cause false sensing.

Waking up old thread, had the following code(s) 2 Faults Found:
01628 - Sensor for Parking-Aid; Front Mid-Left (G254)
01549 - Supply Voltage for Parking-Aid Sensor
Luckily its one of the inner ones, that really dont need painting. Question is about changing it. I know that on C6 Audi the trim surruonding the numberplate comes off but on Q5 it does not seem to be so. Do I have to remove the whole bumper to get to it? Or is there an easier way?

Unfortunately for Euro Q5 owners, the middle license plate piece is all one piece with the grill. So you will have to remove the bumper in order to get at the sensor, with the US grill the license plate area pops off separately.
