Hello Fellow Q5rs Washed the unit yesterday but as i tried fueling up ,the power releasing mechanism didnt respond[-8 outside]... Pouring hot water resolved the problem but its a hassle... Dealership mentioned it been a issue with a few audi owners ... Also noticed water marks in the cargo area as this brings up the past threads about water coming into the cargo area after the hatch has been raised .. Otherwise this is a phenomenal vehicle ... Love It Any other owner had this issue???

It hasnt been that cold here in the US.o not fuel door problem yet. I did get water into the hatch once, I think its the shape of the hatch itself.

Power releasing mechanism? I think in the US they are all manual. You just push on the door and it releases. I think you can access a manual door release inside an access panel in the cargo compartment (check the manual).
