Our Q5 can get sround 26 MPG on the highway on long trips, but the wife drives 3 miles to work, the engine never get warm up thus the bad gas milage.

You'll be missed, GMan. Pop in and say hi now and again. I'll be seeing you on the A6 in time, as I plan on trading my Q5 for the new A6 when it comes out. LOVE IT!

Also agree, Lexus CS is about as good as it gets.

Amazing MPG performance range. I wonder how the new Lexus will do?

From I have read, the RX450h gets around the same mileage as the upcoming Q5 Hybrid, combined mileage around 29-30 MPG. I have also heard in cold weather driving all short trips can bring that mileage down to the low 20s.

Thanks gat821, to tell you the truth, I would never drive the RX450h as a primary car for myself, too soccer mom for me. The Lexus is for my wife who is on this save the earth kick
