Good Lease Deal? and other questions!

MRSP $40,275 including destination charge
Sale Price $38,200
Money Factor .0019 (4.6%)
Residual Value 49% ($19,734.75)
Acquisition/Bank Fee $625
Dealer Doc Fee $349
Other Fees (such as DMV, tire, etc…) $371
Questions:
This a good deal?
Is there a disposition fee typically? Gap coverage?
Can I get a better MF if I put down a deposit?
Does anyone know the August MF yet?

The rates I was quoted for 42 month was 0.00198 and for 36 month 0.00178. The dealer does not have the ability to change these so it sounds about right. Gap coverage is provided by Audi financial as far as I remember.
