Can i ask if these prices are inclusive of Taxes (Federal and/or state)?
And if before tax, what is the tax rate on average?

I am not in the USA, but these prices seems to be very competitive compared to the equivalent in Europe, even in the UK which is probably the lowest in Europe these days due to the weaker Sterling.

Audi prices say $43750 list, $40750 invoice. Some dealers include an additional advertising fee. So again, where are you shopping in CT?

Price should be before TTL. Sales tax varies by state and local towns. Some states have zero tax and the highest I've paid is 8.75%. I'm sure there's probably some that are higher. In MA you also have to pay an excise tax to the town you live in every year based on the value of your car. I think mine was around $800 last year.

This car has an MSRP of $43,750, and according to carsdirect.com, the invoice is $41,330, but according to cars.com the invoice is $40,750. Which one is correct???

Thanks.
$41,330 is correct, its 6% off MSRP. The $40750 price does not include the regional ad fee which the dealer have to pay to Audi.

G-man,
According to the 2011 Audi of America Order guide and invoice pricing document which I picked up on this site (dated 6/24/2010) you are not correct. Prices are as follows:

Q5 2.0T QT - Retail $35,200, Invoice $32,736
Destination - Retail $875, Invoice $875
Met paint - Retail $475, Invoice $443
Premium + - Retail $4,200, Invoice $3,906
Audi MMI/Nav - Retail $3,000, Invoice $2,790

Total - Retail $43,750, Invoice $40,750

No mention of an ad fee in the document but destination charges are listed. My math based on the Audi document say $40,750 invoice.

The ad fee is $381 for the Northeast region in 2010, so the total invoice is $41131. There is still a two hundred dollar difference somewhere.

My port prep fee was about $190 if I remember right. Combined ad fee +port prep was $414 - that I do remember.

To the OP, best bet is to ask dealer for an itemized breakdown of the cost, including all fees and taxes.

Haha.. so true!! I guess we sometimes get caught up with the details and forget the big picture. $750 is too good of a deal to pass up! That being said, I'd still confirm with the dealer that that is the final price, and not be surprised by added fees later on.

OP , Who said it was 750 under invoice? The Dealer? or you figured it out based on the invoice in one of the websites?

In either case it looks like you are at-least 250 under invoice(any invoice) which is fantastic considering you aren't using any of the rebates or supplier programs.

If you don't mind.. what is the final selling price? without Tax Title and License fees
