Was near Audi dealership today (Rusnak Audi @ Thousand Oaks) and have a 1 hr to kill. End up spending almost 3 hr with Brand Specialist James Anderson and his manager - Bill Agovino.
It's start as conversation between two person who loves cars and Audi brand and then we end up on a side to side test drive of 2012 Audi A6 and Audi A7.
James spend as much time with me as I need, even if I was told him that I will not made my purchase today. He show deep knowledge of cars, he sold. From build details, to interior details, electronics. There was no question, that he can't answer or don't know answer. Amazing, because 2 month ago I stop on my local dealership and SA had little knowledge what different between 3.2 and 3.0T engines.
Then James introduce me to his manager - Bill and then 3 of as spend a good amount of time talking about new Audi model line, attention to details, etc.
I will buy my next car from them, even if I need to travel few extra miles. They knew about our web site and with their permission I will post their info here:
