I wanted to see an Alcantara seat in person, but each SQ5 I've seen all have Nappa.
Also at the dealership I visited in Ohio, the salesman called it "suede". I wondered if *he* didn't know what Alcantara was, or didn't think *I* knew what Alcantara was. I had already said the word Alcantara, so I fear the former. Or maybe he was just so conditioned to calling it suede for the uninformed. Or maybe he's just new...

They are in the Estoril Blue SQ5 I picked up on Saturday. I had only driven/seen the Fine Nappa upgrade. Cosmetically they are nice (with the accent sticking), but I think the Alcantara are really comfortable. I was worried about heat in FL, but that hasn't been an issue either.
