Help with S Line Rear Bumper Swap
After searching here and the rest of the internet I finally must ask a question of people that are smarter than I.
I've got a 2010 Q5 Premium Plus, that I love.
I installed the Audi original accessories Parking Aid Assist Kit, part no. 8E0054635D. All was fine.
I got this notion to upgrade the rear bumper to a S-line after seeing my cousin's A6 S-Line.
So I ordered a S-Line rear bumper from Europrice with holes for parking sensors. I went to do the swap this past Saturday. I found that the existing sensors will not fit the grill insert on the S-line bumper.
If anyone has done this swap or has knowledge of part numbers I need to know two things.
1. Part number for S-line parking sensors.
2. Are the compatible with the accessory parking aid kit?
3. What have you done if you performed this swap?
Thanks in advance for the help!

Yes, you need a completely different set of parking sensors. I don't have the part numbers handy right now.
You will also need 2 rear wheel well covers, as the ones from the non-sline do not match up with the new bumper.

Thanks for the replies and the advice. I'll look into getting the correct inner fender liners and sensors.
I hope the sensors work with the accessory Audi PDC add on.
Please reply if you have any input.
Thanks!!

Thanks Spijun. I'll order the correct sensors, harness, hardware and wheel well liners. I was concerned about the PDC unit, I feel better now!
Edit to my original post: I bought the S-Line bumper from OEM Plus not Europrice and my cousins car is an S6.
Cheers

Hokie, yes, it does get expensive.
I'll try to post all the part numbers later tonight if I get a chance and nobody has gotten to them yet.
Expensive, but worth it to me. To my wife ... well, that's another story ...haha.
When it comes to cars, it really is Mars and Venus differences.
When I showed her my new steering wheel, I was all excited, and all I got was... "So, it's a steering wheel. What's wrong with the other one". I love her to death though, but wow, most women just don't get guys and cars.

What does an S-line wheel run these days? I picked up my Q5 Sunday night and the wheel is already a bit worn so I'm considering doing a few S-line details until I can style it all up the way I wanted it. Just couldn't afford a new 2012 S-line
