Yes, just for my house. I recommend talking to the condo manager, he will have access to the security control panel from where you might have to hit the "learn" button or something similar.

I think the HomeLink transmitter might be a little weak, too. I have to drive up pretty close to the garage door to get it to react, while the stock remote works from the street at almost three times the distance.

The first one is the electrical motor, the second the installer. I'd call the installer at that number to see what they suggest.

what brand is your condo gate opener? if it is DKS doorking - you should be able to program it using the MMI instructions under "garage door opener".
I had tried this in the past and was not able to do it and read somewhere that putting in a new battery in the clicker before programming the car might do the trick. So i inserted a new 23A, 12V battery in the dks clicker and followed the instructions in the mmi - once the homelink button is successfully programmed, the hazards blink twice and you are all set. It took me all of two minutes to do this. I think the key is a "new battery in the clicker". Hope it helps.
