Default humming noise at 35mph only

Brand new Q5 at 900miles only, suddenly its making slight humming noise at 35mph only. Its not related to RPM, sound likes some is rubbing against rubber or something, only at 35mph, after that noise go away. Any ideas?

Yeah, if it's a bad wheel bearing it'll hum like crazy.

I wrecked my wife's 1st Subaru over a curb (icy slide that it was), and when they pulled it back up over it tugged hard on the inner portion of the wheel.

It was still drivable, so I drove it myself to the body shop. I sounded like a prop airplane driving down the road. I was waiting to take off, but felt like I should keep it at 35 mph.

lol, ya the dealer was shocked too. but mine was covered under warranty. The tech was nice too. took a test drive doing hard turns to figure out if it was a wheel bearings. He tought me one thing. If you know its a bad wheel bearing and want to confirm. drive the car like you normally do when you hear it hum. Push the gear into neutral. The humming will continue if its the wheel bearings.

My gf was like wow you paid soo much money for this audi and it makes noises lol

I'd almost want to ask for replacing all wheel bearing, figuring it was a questionable lot ... biut I suppose the problems would expose before the warranty was up(?)

just my CA$0.02

Another confirmation - wheel raised, engine off, gear in neutral, spin tire, grab the spring --- if the bearing is bad, you'll feel it crunching.
