Lease Loyalty

Anyone know who's pocket the lease loyalty comes out of. Does the dealer absorb some of this or is this paid 100% to the dealer by Audi?

The money comes from Audi and not the dealer.

A form needs to be filled out with the loyalty Vin and new Vin.

Does the dealer get a check from audi? I ask wondering if I have a deal for $500 over invoice if the dealer will then get a check for $750 making the deal more like $1250 over invoice?
