I'm thinking about getting out of my '09 A4 and in to new Q5 (3.0T preferred) and was wondering if anyone would offer up some of the lease rates they've been quoted (2.0T or 3.0T). I know it depends on how much $$$ you put down, but I don't like putting more than the first month's payment and basic dealer costs. Any insight would be appreciated.

I used this edmunds.com forum to find out the rates and residuals before going to the dealership to negotiate. the host of the forum is spot on. From there, you should be able to calc your est. lease price based on how much you want to put down, trade, etc. GL.

What I can tell you is that if you don't put some money down towards capitalized cost reduction I suspect you will get a high number. Good luck !

For the Q5 3.0, the base money factor is currently .00143, and the residual is 52% on 12k miles, 36 months. The residual drops to 50% on 15k miles/year. You can add 1% if you purchase AudiCare.

I don't know about other parts of the country, but in Califonia they are almost impossible to find, and selling pretty close to MSRP.
