Good point, Bob!
Like I said before - a lot of BMW executives lost their sleep (and bonuses) because of Q5 success. (OK, I don't know exactly how many - I just assume).

I eagerally awaited my first test drive with the new 350 and I was never so underwhelmed with the driving experience as I was with that 350. I am not one of these sporty drivers who enjoys feeling every ping and ding in the road, but there was absolutely no connection to the road from the wheel. Lexus has it's positives - reliability, quality materials, fit and finish and excellent customer service, but literally 5 minutes into the Q5 and I was hooked. It is an oversimplification to say the Audi Q5 is a driver's car, the 350 is a woman's/commuter/ cushy car, but there is truth to it.

I'm pretty sure the RX is not a very popular vehicle in Japan since Lexus is not in the JDM market. I believe it's known as the Toyota Kluger which i don't think is very popular as well. Let me do some research and edit this if necessary!
It's known as the Toyota Harrier. Not sure how it sells but i dont think its that strong in sales as it is over here in the US
