when you set the home function under the MMI, all the lights stay on at night for a brief moment, especially love the lights under the side mirrors.

Default Sorry if you previous Audi owners have heard these before.

Try this turn your mirror adjuster to passenger, then engage reverse. Does the mirror tilt down for kerb.
The adjustment of this feature can be set while actually in reverse. It only works for passenger side.

If your wipers are in auto mode. If its raining the rear wiper comes on automatically when you engage reverse.

If you have to emergency brake the seat belts auto tighten. (pretty freaky when it happens) oh and the hazzards flash for a few seconds to warn the car behind you and then cancel. The air bags pre charge. The black box recorder activates and the brakes become much stronger. This all happens before you even realise something is flashing on the dash.

If you have lane assist the mirrors fold themselves if something gets too close while moving (and return after a period too). Actually I think they fold out automatically after time and speed if you leave folded from parked anyway.

Brakes have wet-weather disc wipe.

Plug into 12v outlet when everything is off key out etc... power is auto restored for about 10 mins.

Towing pack has TSC - trailer sway control

I am sure there are plenty more.
