You have to get out the magnifying glass. It is usually on the front of the card in very small print. I doubt that is the issue though. Make sure the card has nothing on it but MP3 or WMA files. Maybe that will work. Like JBT said if the wrong type files are on the card they will not play or import into the jukebox. The maximum bandwidth of the material must be 320kbps or less. Lossless WMA files with variable bandwidth will not play or import. I found that out the hard way.

I've an old SD card 256MB and I tried it and it worked. It seems z i shouldn't use any card more than 2GB as I knew from another different thread. But anyways thank you.

I've used a 16 GB class 4 card to import to the jukebox but if the OP found a card that works for him who am I to argue.

considering playing DVD movies on my MMI, is this possible? and if yes how? as i tried to make a DVD copy of one of my favorite movies on a DVD but it didn't work on my MMI.
