You have to get out the magnifying glass. It is usually on the front of the card in very small print. I doubt that is the issue though. Make sure the card has nothing on it but MP3 or WMA files. Maybe that will work. Like JBT said if the wrong type files are on the card they will not play or import into the jukebox. The maximum bandwidth of the material must be 320kbps or less. Lossless WMA files with variable bandwidth will not play or import. I found that out the hard way.
