My New Q5
I have been hesitant to post anything about my new SUV, until I had driven it for a while to get accustomed to the car. I have had multiple Audi's in my time, and it definitively drives like a sedan rather than a SUV. I downgraded from a 2008 Q7 4.2 Premium and I believe that the Q5 drives much, much better and the acceleration is much smoother and better in the Q5. It has the same amount of power that my 2007 A6 had. The only other car that I had that I enjoy driving is my 2008 TT.
Mine is the 2010 Prestige model. I do not miss the adjustable suspension which I had in the Q7. Overall an excellent choice for me.

Thanks for your post. I'm also driving on '08 Q7 4.2 Premium with Air Suspension and will be switching to an '11 Q5 3.2 Prestige when my lease is up later this year. Glad to hear the transition is going well for you. The Q7 is very big and the acceleration in standard shift mode is very jerky. Sport Mode alleviates that problem but sucks down the gas like crazy. Looking forward to getting into a Q5.
