just got mine...Canada seems far less competitive than US
-invoice plus 3%
-$500 loyalty (Canada)
-$1000 off extended warranty
-0.5% off financing = 2.4% (loyalty rate)

I was only able to get $3k off MSRP on a 3.0T p+, and that includes the loyalty discounts. I'm in Arkansas and there's only one dealer, so that limits the negotiation. Could I have gotten another thousand off by shopping in Memphis, Dallas or Tulsa? Probably. Would it taken another month? Definitely. Besides, the local guys have a great service department and they've been good to me in the past. They need to make a profit on the car and I can't begrudge them that.

And of course in the end what matters is: did you get the car you want for a price you were willing to pay? (Obviously it was for you or you wouldn't but, but in general I think that's the question that matters most with respect to pricing, rather than specific percentages.

The selection is very sparse in Canada. It's been about 2 weeks and still waiting for a Q5 that was already in the country.
Got 5% off - $1500(Spring Event Bonus) -$500(Company discount)

Just placed my order a few minutes ago.
We are very lucky in that my wife works for a "Preferred Supplier" to Audi, **AND** we have an older A6 that qualifies for Loyalty. So:
Q5 2.0T Silver Premium+ w/Sport Interior & Hitch
MSRP - 6% Supplier Discount
then add Destination (supplier discount doesn't apply to destination)
then subtract $1000 Loyalty
...and I got free mats.
AOA pays the $1K and AOA pays 2% of the Supplier Discount, so in essence the dealer is selling for 4% below MSRP. I'm sure I could have negotiated for more than just the mats, but I was sick of it. They were NOT going to deal on AudiCare, which I really wanted.
Now the waiting starts! :-)
