Default Nav Question

Just picked up my 2012 Q5 S-Line last week. Love it. Went from an Infiniti FX35.

Anyways when I start the car up I press the Nav button (or if it was previously on Nav) it starts on the destination entry screen every time. Not the map. Any way to change this?

Just hit the Voice command button with your thumb and say "map on". Then wait for your spouse to start talking while the Nav waits for another voice command which it inevitably interprets as a route request to some place that you'd rather not drive to.

Or at least that's what happens in my Q5.

Thats funny. Try voice command with a three year old in the car. Impossible.

My 4 year old likes to give funny/gibberish commands to our Q and interestingly enough it seems to understand him better than when I speak clearly and try to give it actual commands...

I rarely use my voice command, imagine having the wife talking and kids going crazy at the back seat... I end up using manual all the time
